Slow Cooker Succulent Turkey Breast

It really can’t get easier then this, or more delicious. Slices from this turkey breast recipe feed my family for days, are great warm or cold (my personal favorite) and make kick ass sandwiches, salads and stir-frys. It is very tasty serves warm with mashed potatoes, but even better chilled overnight, then thinly sliced. Love it! It is truly my go-to recipe these days.

  1. I found your beautiful site while looking for wholewheat bread! This recipe looks wonderful! I don’t have a slow cooker though (not enough counter space!). Any suggestions on how else I can cook this? Also do I need to check the temp of the turkey to make sure it reaches a certain “safe” temp? Thanks again! Lisa

    1. Hi lisa,
Sorry but I only tried this in the slowcooker so far. Did you try to search the web for other turkey breast recipes? Some are bound to be made in the oven..I never checked mine for temp..buy a cooker! You will be happy you did.

  2. Hey Honey– Great looking recipe! I’m giving up carbs for Lent, and this will be a great recipe to use! What do you mean, though, when you say “then CLOSE the cooker”? Are you saying “shut it off”? (after it has cooked on LOW for 3 1/2 hours?) Thank you very much!
